Brazil



Grown in the southeast region of Brazil, in the outskirts of Botelhos, the yellow bourbon coffee bean benefits from clay soil and an altitude of 1,200 – 1,350 meters for a rich taste of hazelnut, butter, fudge and ginger snap.

Flavor Profile: Hints of fudge, ginger snaps, and hazelnut butter.



Ethiopia



Coveted beans, from the Ethiopian district of Yirgacheffe, certied Fair Trade Organic. The indigenous heirloom variety is dried on raised beds and roasted to have an exceptional aroma. With a full bodied flavor and hints of lime, bergamot, apple candy, and ‘London Fog’ (Earl Grey, lavender, and cream) it is perfect for sipping on its own or with a splash of cream.

Flavor Profile: Hints of apple candy, bergamot, cream, earl grey, lavender, lime, London fog, and violet.



Costa Rica



The Catuai, Caturra Valley is eco-pulped and sun-dried for flavors of cherry, vanilla, molasses and orange. Sourced from the region of Dota, San Jose, Costa Rica at an altitude of 1,550 – 1,950 meters the beans benefit from the volcanic soil and the winter harvest conditions.

Flavor Profile: Hints of cherry, fruit, fruity,  molasses, orange, sweet, and vanilla.
